General Information:
  • Pick up is up to the client as it is a private service.
  • This price includes pick-up from any of the hotels and apartments in the city, and from the port of Dubai (Port Rashid). Any Dubai airport pickup will be available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Finally, for pick-ups at the Bab Al Shams, Al Maha, Jebel Ali, or any other resorts, there will be an additional charge.
  • It is mandatory to bring a digital or physical copy of the ticket.
  • It is mandatory to present a valid ID or passport at the entrance
  • All kids under 12 years old have to be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
  • To ride the "Formula Rossa" people have to be between 145cm and 195cm tall.
  • Operation hours may vary during the holy month of Ramadan.

Operation hours:
  • Every day from 11:00 to 20:00

Cancellation policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.

Children policy:
  • Children under 3 years old and under 130cm have free entry
  • Between 3-10 years charged at child rate
  • Over 10 years old are considered adults
