The staff also includes European managers guaranteeing Galaxia Tours' performance according to European and international standards and helping our Egyptian staff members to understand the travel business from the international point of view, and in order to guaranty this goal we have succeeded to establish the ISO 9001/400 in 2007.

Galaxia Tours has branches all over Egypt: Cairo, Aswan, Hurghada, Luxor, Abu Simbel and Sharm El Sheikh. Wherever our clients are, we are there to serve them.

Vision:
Galaxia Tours has been active in the field of tourism for only almost 20 years. Nevertheless, in this relatively short time we achieved our goal of the highest professional standard with focal point on optimal customer care.

Other goals lie yet ahead like the individual care of the traveler who wants to experience something unique and special - to name only one of the many signposts on our way into the future.

Mission:
Our mission is the maximum satisfaction of the true traveler who seeks for the miracles of nature and wants to explore both the modern cultural heritage and the secrets of ancient Egypt.

We consider ourselves a mediator between different cultures in order to reach a larger understanding in dialogue and tolerance above all.

To accomplish this goal a group of specialists is needed which takes into consideration both the human and the technical factor. This group will have to create the pre-requisites for the development of the country in order to prevent further migration to other parts of the world.

Galaxia Standard:

We mainly work with 5-star hotels and cruisers but, since the official classification does not always correspond with reality or with our standard, we have drawn our own classifications according to the following list.
